We respect your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we collect when you use this website or book a transfer, and how we use and protect it. For details under Turkish law, see our Personal Data Protection Notice.
1. Data we collect
- Booking details: first and last name, phone number, e-mail address, flight or trip number, pick-up and drop-off address or hotel, date, time, number of passengers and your notes.
- Payment details: card payments are processed by iyzico. Your card number and security code are sent directly for payment and are never stored by us; we only keep the payment result and amount.
- Contact messages: the information you send us through the contact form, e-mail or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information, used for security and to prevent spam and abuse.
2. Why we use your data
- To carry out your transfer: planning, assigning a driver and vehicle, meeting you and contacting you about your booking.
- To take payments and make refunds.
- To meet legal obligations, such as accounting records and passenger reporting required for licensed passenger transport in Türkiye.
- To keep the website secure and to answer your questions.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not send you marketing messages without your consent.
3. Who we share it with
- The driver and, where applicable, the transport company carrying out your transfer — only the details needed for the trip.
- iyzico, for card payments.
- Public authorities, when required by law.
- Our hosting and e-mail service providers, who process data on our behalf.
4. How long we keep it
Bookings that are not completed are deleted automatically within 7 days. Completed bookings are kept for as long as required by commercial and tax law, and then deleted or anonymised.
5. Your rights
You can ask us whether we process your data, request a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its processing. Write to us using the e-mail address on our Contact page.
