How do booking and meeting your driver work?
Use the form at the top of the page to choose where you are travelling from and to, the date and the time. Pick the vehicle and price that suit you, then enter the number of passengers and the passenger details – your booking is confirmed instantly by e-mail.
- Search: Enter your route, date and time.
- Choose a vehicle: We list the available vehicles, each with a fixed price and its passenger and luggage capacity.
- Passenger details: Choose the number of passengers and add your full name, phone, e-mail and, if you are flying in, your flight number.
- Confirmation: Your booking code and voucher arrive in your inbox.
At your landing time your driver waits at the arrivals exit holding a sign with your name on it. Once you have cleared passport control and collected your luggage, simply walk out – your driver will help with your bags and take you to the vehicle.
We follow your flight using your flight number. If you land late or early, your driver adjusts the pick-up time accordingly – at no extra cost.
Your driver will be in the hotel lobby or at the entrance at the time you choose. We plan enough time for traffic so that you comfortably make your flight.
