Information notice under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform our customers and website visitors.
1. Data controller
The data controller is the company operating this website. Its title, address and contact details are published on our Contact page.
2. Personal data processed
Identity (first and last name), contact (phone, e-mail), travel details (flight or trip number, pick-up and drop-off address, date, time, number of passengers, notes), payment transaction details (amount, result; card details are not stored by us) and technical data (IP address, browser information).
3. Purposes
- Making, confirming and carrying out your transfer booking and communicating with you.
- Collecting payments, making refunds and keeping accounting records.
- Fulfilling obligations under transport legislation, including passenger reporting to the Ministry of Transport (U-ETDS).
- Website security and prevention of fraud and abuse; answering requests and complaints.
4. Legal grounds and method of collection
Your data is collected electronically through this website, e-mail, phone and WhatsApp, on the grounds that it is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c), for compliance with legal obligations (Art. 5/2-รง) and for our legitimate interests provided that your fundamental rights are not harmed (Art. 5/2-f).
5. Transfer of data
Your data may be shared, to the extent required for the purposes above, with the drivers and transport companies carrying out the transfer, the payment institution iyzico, our hosting and e-mail service providers, and authorised public institutions when required by law. Where service providers are located abroad, transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
6. Your rights (Article 11)
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction or deletion, request that these operations be notified to third parties, object to results against you arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
